Privacy Statement

Isometric Solutions strives to conform to the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO)’s Code of Standards and Ethics for Survey Research, the Direct Marketing Association (DMA)’s Privacy Promise, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)’s Fair Information Practice Principles, and privacy guidelines of countries in both the U.S. and abroad.

Isometric Solutions respects an individual's right to privacy and takes every measure to ensure that no personally identifiable information is collected about visitors to our site unless it is voluntarily provided by the user through either email, a request for information, or conference registration. We do not rent or sell any information to third parties.

Our business is about conducting employee and customer research. Protecting survey respondents’ privacy has always been of utmost importance to us. We inform respondents as to the nature of the study and how the data will be used; we discuss the length of the interview and assure confidentiality. Isometric Solutions conducts customer research on behalf of our clients and we do provide full disclosure of the study sponsor. If you are asked personally identifiable information during the survey, you are given the opportunity at that time to opt-in to the sharing of that information with the study sponsor.

Our privacy policy extends to our customers. If you are a customer, no one else will see your results. Your results are proprietary and confidential. Isometric Solutions routinely reviews its security and privacy practices, and improves on them to better protect your privacy.
